The upper floor ( Anoi )is one large apartment of eighty square meters with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a living-room with a double sleeper-couch and a full bath.The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom and the living area have separate balconies with a view of Pedi Bay and the upper village (Chorio). In case the family has younger children or infants, a baby chair and also a baby crib are available upon request. This apartment not only has a magnificent view, but is safe and enjoyable for families with children and provides an area to play and to swim.
Upon arrival, besides a warm welcome at the Perla di Mare, you’ll find coffee, cake, bottled water and wine in all the facilities. - For every extra bed charge will be 15 euro per night.

An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received. After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details.
- The cleaning of the apartment and renewal (sheets, towels) is done every 3 days.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within:
- 60 or more days before the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit is refunded (any extra charges are the responsibility of the guest).
- 60 days results in the deposit being held. In case of departure prior to scheduled date of the client-visitor, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged. -
Payment Policy
