Both of these (Lower Floor (Katoi 1 and Katoi 2) fully furnished apartments come with linens, bath and kitchenette. Each apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and orthopedic mattress.The seating area has two couches and each can become a single bed.Each apartment can accommodate up to four individuals. The kitchen area, has all the necessaryitems for preparing breakfast and lunch.
A dining area with a view of Pedi Bay from the window is quiteromantic and relaxing. Outside, in front of the apartments,there is a large patio area with lounge chairs and umbrellas forplenty of sun-bathing and easy access to the water for swimming. The apartment has free Wi-Fi

- For every extra bed charge will be 20 euro per night.

An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received. After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details.
- The cleaning of the apartment and renewal (sheets, towels) is done every 3 days.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within:
- 60 or more days before the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit is refunded (any extra charges are the responsibility of the guest).
- 60 days results in the deposit being held. In case of departure prior to scheduled date of the client-visitor, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged. -
Payment Policy
We kindly advise all visitors to pay cash within two days after their arrival. - Check-in: 15:00 pm
